A worker at a Montgomery County Walmart was shot and killed last week by her ex-boyfriend after she changed her mind about marrying him so he could get a green card, police said. Destino Jean-Louis, 23, has been charged with with first-degree murder, third-degree murder and other related offenses in the death of Latosha Cooper, 45.
